No. They’re just stronger as a singular entity made up of many different individual identical entities. They get “weaker”, sure, but they’re just returning back to the base strength of 1 Black Sperm.

It is roughly like that. But his powers are kinda vague. While he doesn't have combined power of 54 trillion it seems like more cells he has more powerful he is. It is just that increase in power isn't linear

If it is destroyed as a whole it doesn't matter. Vaporizing all oceans requires far less energy than low 5-B AFAIK

Btw I find it weird that nobody talks about super-nuclear war ship at the end of chapter. Imagine ENO tries to throw 1 gigaton nuclear warhead at people who are down and Darkshine suddenly jumps in to save them and tanks it from point blank range with only slight burns.
