I can see it being like chidori and rasegan, who are similar but also opposites, where one focuses on external damage while the other on internal damage.

Honestly, i wouldn't be surprised if in 1 panel God goes "This universe... i made it..." or something like that. Would be a damn cool way of upgrading the verse up to 3-A or Low 2-C. Though something like this is probably going to come much further into the series.
