If the genshin characters do get upgraded, Bennett is the only other genshin low 7-B that won't auto lose to everyone (I'll mabye even swap Micaiah for bennentt because im more knowledgeable with genahin then fire emblem if there's space).

If yes then she probably would be fair, we had a Puck who could end fight pretty fast and yet he lost because of requirement in projectile.

What Popted said, though if it can be restricted, works pretty bad, OOC move (and etc. which can make ability worthless) and if that Kamen Rider didn't fought canonically Kamen Rider Kuuga who participates in this tournament then he's fine.

He use it once in the whole series because the Writer realised that timestop is a stupid ability. There's also the fact that he use it for dodging oncoming attack rather than setting up kill zone DIO style
