BAN-KAI! Bleach General Discussion

Blanks/souls also create the space as well. However sennas feat could just be similar to kaguyas were she just manipulates the energies

Sounds like my fan fiction, did Kubo read it before I deleted it? I now want to see if I can find records about it on the internet. It was 2 or 3 chapters because I didn't continue it. lol

It went like this "Death & Strawberry: Kazui, Nemuri, and Ichika as teens in the Shino Academy running towards the new Hill white tower where Rukia was taken for execution. The kids had a raced through Seireitei to get to the top and Ichika won because her zanpakutout was lightning speed base, Kazui didn't had achieve Shikai yet and Nemuri was a kido base like Nemu. Later Ichigo was invited to SS for a celebration of the Captains that died in the Quincy War. During the celebration the Komamura clan of Immortals managed to find a way to remain in that form and suddenly attacked I made powers for Iba's shikai release (but I forgot :p) and Rukia used perfected Bankai. Werewolf clan was connected to Hell. Meanwhile I don't know if it was the prologue but I made the Hellverse villains canon with a twist, Yhwach's mom was the Queen of Hell but had an affair with Shuren who was her son, because is hell. lol And everyone of them where her sons, there was a part where they discussed about each one having their own planet size world. Garogai took one of the planets and slammed far away to the floor above to swap with his brother. Lol I still have the old notes on school books. If you know how to restore a deleted story from Fanfiction or find it let me know.

Edit: I remember I had Aizen to teach Kazui and I think wrote the outline all the way to the end where Soul King was going to get whole once more and be the ultimate villain with all this crazy powers. XD

Something someone posted on Reddit:
During the battle with the hollows from hell, the first hollow is slashed by Ichigo. A slash he makes uncharacteristically with his LEFT HAND. Ichigo either attacks with his right hand or both. He never uses his left(trust me, I've checked)

He later on switches to his right hand when he starts clashing with Szayelaporro and cuts the chains of hell.

From Starrk vs Shunsui, we know that people who tend to switch their sword hands in battle are most likely dual wielders.

Which would mean the Ichigo we're seeing most likely still has his dual wield and not only that, but has trained it to the point of mastery. Hence his slashing with his left hand.

So I believe Ichigo's zanpakuto is simply in a new sealed state and Ichigo still has all his TYBW powers like we were told he did.

This is actually really interesting and for some reasons I didn't even noticed that Ichigo used his left hand, even after rereading the chapter multiple times xD

Imagine if it's revealed that this is his sealed Zanpakuto, and it's as strong as when he killed Yhwach. . .
 
This could make sense since he was stated to have regained the power he lost (which should refer to Hollow Form and True Shikai/Bankai) by the time of CFYOW which is a good bit after the whole “Zangetsu within” part of his fight with Yhwach. If it happened during/before the final fight via Orihime and Tsukishima, the novel would have specified.

If the Reddit post is the case, I am curious to hear the reasoning for why the sealed form takes the shape of his false Shikai considering how different it is from every other sealed Zanpakuto. Even Kenpachi’s is a beat up nodachi due to his liberal use of it and not anything special whereas Ichigo’s would be completely divorced from the standards we have seen so far.
 
because he is an hybrid of all races would be my guess as to why his sealed sword is different.

Even kenny is just a pure shinigami , as far as we know .
 
If anything Kubo is probably gonna apply a ”retcon” to Ichigo zanpakuto for fan service purpose to bring back the dual sword and bankai (?) Because it would be a lot more logical that it is his final evolution even if “ugly”. But we will see.
I would be happy to see him again with Horn of Salvation even with this zanpakuto.

a lot of years passed since bleach ending, Kubo really still remember what he really intended to do With Ichigo reverting to his shikai?

But there is also the possibility that this arc is not a big deal and Ichigo is not gonna be serious and Kazui will be more involved, Kubo would need to introduce a very strong opponent to actually make Ichigo using HoS and all other things.
 
Was reading the chapter again and I was wondering, do you guys think Kira only amped the weight of his foot, his foot and calf, or his entire leg when he Wabisuke’d it? 7 slashes = 128 times the weight of it and considering the ghoul he stepped on was folded into the pavement, I am personally thinking it was his full leg that got boosted since when he slashed Abirama, it was the full wing that got doubled rather than just the feathers or wing segment that got doubled. Math also brings the final number to over a ton which would match the destruction when he landed. Only bothering to bring it up cuz seeing Superhuman lifting for the verse is annoying lol.

It'd also be cool if he revealed that he just casually has Hierro active now without needing to Hollowify.
 
Ichigo was never the type to train that much unless forced by circumstances. I wouldn't be suprised if he didn't gained much.

he ain't Goku that will abbandon job and family to do push ups at Kaio's place .
 
Kubo's next idea "Lets make ichigo mastered dangai and add his Quincy powers on top of it so he can go to Hell and erase those Hollow Ghouls from Existence and restore balance."
