I would say try to make a revision for Beatrice's key. Though, from what I recall, profiles like these tend to be rejected if there aren't many differences in abilities. An example was Rimuru's 10-B key would have all of Rimuru's abilities if he wished, which was denied.

Funny thing is, you're not completely wrong here in the sense that versus debaters probably came up with some of the powers.
The author is known for incorporating fan concepts, characters, and abilities into Instant Death. There was like an entire thing they had where it was advertised as "Try to create a something to defeat Yogiri!" and some of those characters and abilities made their way into the story.

How ID is still accepted here is beyond me.
It depends what caused the incon, a first hit wins situation could get a higher spot while a can't be killed situation wouldn't be allowed, the 4th 9C has immeasurable speed, EE and causality hax, at best Ritsuka will share a spot in speed equal afaik.
