Diavalo is banned, presumably becuase he can one shot like 90% of jojo individually, and almost always gets the first hit.

Diavolo should be banned, but only because of his abilities. AP wise, we have ******* Star Platinum on here, plus two other heavy hitters.
The time manip + precog just makes him broke ass, AP is just a normal advantage anyone in JoJo would work around if they tried.

Anyway, only Pucci in there can get past her regen (Whitesnake canonically stomps her).
Purple Haze might be able to.
Everyone else would need to make use of environmental factors like her weaknesses or stall till she dries out.

Couldn't Shigeki drain her blood with Harvest actually? They've all got a little syringe in them

Would only work if she's inside a body, as draining the body's fluids will dry it out which can be fatal to the plankton (Plus I doubt Shigechi is big brain enough to do that).
If she starts off in her stand form though he'd need to figure something else out because at that point it's less about draining blood, and more about picking off a million tiny plankton fused together into one dude.
