See? You are being choosy. Landing in walkable distance to Cream’s house is just improbable by your argument, but since it doesn’t give a speed rating to be so close to Cream’s house, you’ll let that slid.
Look, I have an explanation how Emerl could have ended up down there, you don't

Guys, Da Lunge is going to argue his argument from incredulity until the end, just ignore him and focus on getting the recalc more accurate
Look. I will keep repeating this cause you again can't have a proper responce to that. SHOW. ME. HOW. COULD. GEMERL. END. UP. ON. EARTH.

Yes it does. Because the only way he could have ended up on earth is only possible if he's near it
Why exactly? He could have been blasted from afar all the way back to Earth, or somehow reached Earth after his defeat since we don't see a timeframe after his defeat. It's improbable, yes, but definitely NOT impossible

Well, if the blast was so strong, why weren't Sonic and especially Eggman affected by it and Gemerl was supposedly hurled through lightyears?

Guys please, just ignore him, this is some circular stonewalling, unless something relevant is brought up just ignore him

Nice. And you haven't given me a proper response this all thread. Nice strategy tho, urging your pillarmen of sonic group to ingnore counter arguments.

Oh my God, I am not saying he can't post, is that we literally won't move foward if we keep replying to his circular stonewalling, ****, this shit:
Nice strategy tho, urging your pillarmen of sonic group to ingnore counter arguments.
This is far more toxic than reccomending people to not reply to the same post since Da Lunge has said nothing new since page 1

****, I even said to respond to actual criticism like the ones said before that even caused the calc to change, yet I am the "toxic" one just for saying to not keep going at a circular stonewalling

All DDM said was you can see nebulas from Earth, but nebulas seen from Earth appear as extremely tiny, even outside the atmosphere, due to their distance. If it was a nebula, then there's no way Sonic couldn't be at least somewhat close to it due to how much the nebula encompasses the background of the area Sonic is fighting in.
Exactly lol. Sonic is literally surrounded by stars. If it was from earth, it would look like an insect from that distance.

It can be strong enough, yes, but gemerl would have to be at a perfect freaking angle to end up on earth which is too unlikely to argue
if the plot makes the explosion angle to be resulting to him collapsing into the Earth, then so be it.

90% of this thread is mostly about Gemerl collapsing into the Earth, not the distance they took to get into Nonagression

the explosion was powerful enough to sent him flying light years into the Earth, that's it. and plus the closest visible Nebula from here (1600 Light Years) is further than the closest one (700 Light Years)
even if we take just the 700 Light Years, i can calc that with engines like Calculator edge:

the feat: it took 12 frames to Super Sonic fly away
the fps: from what i've heard, GBA games runs at least 60 FPS
60/12 = 5 Seconds
5 Seconds/700 LY = 1324525329195600100 m/s or 4418140930.00165c

four billion four hundred eighteen million one hundred forthy thousand and nine hundred thirty times FTL

@Gilad_Hyperstar How does this calc look?

The timeframe should be the other way around, since 60 FPS means 60 frames every second, so 12 frames would be 12/60=0.2 seconds

700 lightyears = 700 * 299,792,458 * 31,556,926 = 3.3111849443624378e+19 m/s = 1.10449241e+11 c, which is about 110 billion c

Wait, which nebula did you two use in your calcs, if you don't mind me asking? Doesn't the closest one lack stars, or something?

It does since that's a planetary nebula. This is why I used the Orion Nebula in my calc instead, since that's the closest starry nebula to Earth

Oh, okay. I thought Orion was 1,344 light years away though, not 700. Am I just misunderstanding something? ( I very blatantly cannot do math at all, so I just have to believe what others say, essentially. I'm sorry for that. )

Yeah Orion is 1,344 light years from Earth. I just rolled along with 700 light years for his calc

The calc would be pretty similar tp before:

V = 299,792,458 * 31,556,926 * 1,344 / 0.2 = 6.35747510e+19 m/s = 212,062,542,947.63 c = 212.062 billion c

Okay, thank you. I just wanted to be sure. Like I said, I can't do math in the slightest, so, I'll need others to be the judge on this.

Also, I'm sorry to ask, but just to be safe research wise and such, why shouldn't we include the endgame title card, and such? Also, why are we assuming it took 0.2 seconds for him to reach Nonaggression?

This may not work, but have we tried matching up Nonaggression's colors to any real, star-based nebula, by chance? It goes from blue, to green, to red, and then repeats. Maybe there's a real nebula with these specific colors?

Ok, off to continue with my "stonewalling". If the explosion was strong enough to hurl Gemerl lightyears, why were Sonic and especially Eggman with his head literally sticking out unaffected? Or is eggman with his egg mobile>Gemerl?

Gemerl was unconcious after literally being beaten down, this is a dishonest comparassion, also wasn't Sonic rescued by Eggman?

Sonic ran out of Super and then yes was rescued by Eggman. I mean in the scene of Gemerl's defeat where we see the explosion, eggman nor sonic weren't affected by the blast

I don't see why they should, Eggman should be above an unconcious, right after being beat down by a super form Gemerl

Lol, I started to read all this thread has few minutes, and omg, this was one of the funniest sh1ts that I saw, anyways, ofc I disagree with the downgrade via arguments above
