Don't think so...

You could try with some Archie 2-A (Post genesis) and Xeno Kid Buu in his last key due to him having some hax. Tho 2-A Matches with him are difficult to make.

I also vote Sonic. He has access to reality warping, time manipulation, can make himself intangible and has power nullification to just stop Buu's ki attacks. Buu doesn't have resistance to any of this while Sonic does, so.

Still not sure how is it fair, AFAIK Kid Buu can't counter his Haxs in any way.

It would be a stomp match if they were on the same tier, but Buu still one shots with a touch, so this is still fair.

Hax don't care about tiering. They negate durability.

So yeah I think Fleetways Super loses but not easily since I don't think his haxes can really affect Buu so Buu wins and thats my vote
