Ehhhhh, no? We have many characters that don't even defeat the ones in their own tier and only Incon, as well as Culexus, who i am sure loses to more characters than just Knack.

But iirc it is based around not inly beating those on the tier list but also how many in the overall tier you beat.

Shulk defeats nearly no one, since most of his things are defensive, still is in 5th 2B, Mother Eater incons with the MGs and is in 2nd while MGs are in 3rd, there are probably more examples.

I'm pretty sure Shulk beats most if not all other 2-B contendors for the 5th spot [Beside Arceus]
Mother Eater is above the Magic Gods because she incons the Doctor Who High 1-C and the GURPS God, meanwhile the MGs are stomped by them
also, i'm pretty sure she should be able to beat them and their match is outdated
