Top 5 Strongest Characters for Every Tier 21

please dont ask me lol, I remember there was going to be a 7-A tournament but its dead now it had a bunch of really op people.
 
Could Shinji Hirako from bleach go up a spot or 2 in high 6c or make an entrance in 7A with his bankai ? he passively becomes friends with everyone in his general vicinity.
 
Hirako's mind manip is pretty weak, and definitly makes neither of his tiers.

Shuhei affects his enemy too, and being survivable doesn't mean much.
 
I mean if he becomes friends with his enemy they won't fight him and since it's passive speed blitz doesn't work either.

Guaranteed incon isn't impressive ?
 
he is going against people like merkava and noc with passive stuff in the lower ranks of 7-C I dont think he can do it..

Also its not passive he has to activate his bankai to do that.
 
Um so I think Kryte would stomp Sabrina Spellma with his optional equipment, considering I don't think she beats a 2-C reality warping attack, causality manipulation works on acausals and has likely infinite speed, and higher than inter dimensional BFR that works at a retroactive level- that also has infinite speed. He also has time travel with multiple devices and has immeasurable speed with the quantum rod. I dunno if he beats JoJos characters with the aforementioned abilities, but I imagine his speed and passives allow him to take them out. Feel free to say why it is an idiotic conception of you have the time (I'm honestly not sure about a lot of this stuff)
 
Hmm...I didn't dispute it because at the time I assumed that her fate manipulation was really OP or something.

But by the looks of her profile, Tirnoch's Fate manipulation isn't passive like most others.

So she can still be defeated before she uses it. Which opens up more possibilities in 6-B.

Alright, thanks a lot. So matches for the purposes of this thread are allowed to not apply to certain rules in the wiki, as in, the creator of the thread can argue for one side and it can be a stomp theoretically?

Reminder, this dude is the second strongest DnD character, only bellow Lumi, and has passive 1-A madness hax.

why is he together with all the DnD dudes in Low 6-B and 6-B, he's stronger than Kezef and has a shit ton of 1-A hax

Should I remove characters from DnD from the third spot and only put them at the first since Kezef and Uvuudaum will be there?
 
Kezef can't beat Blazblue character anymore since they now have Low 1-C soul hax resistance, so he should be removed from the Low 6-B top spot
 
Yes. And abstract existence. An True Godly regen. and 1-A madness aura.

Characters from DnD should probably be put in 1st place for Low 6-B and 6-B, since Uvuudaum isn't the only one with 1-A hax.
 
Lets not do a tournament, but let's just have everyone nominate who they think are strong contenders for 7-A, then compare them. We have abstract 7-A characters, so we can at least figure out who can put down abstracts. If there are any non-existent 7-As, we can do the same thing with this
