Ultrakill thingy. Do you think V1’s dashes can be considered vector manip? They can cancel out its momentum no matter how hard it’s flung away, including when dashing in the same direction it’s moving. Though perhaps the fact that it’s canonically called Propulsion disproves that and it might just be V1’s wings sorta counteracting the force really hard?

i think it's like, really good hypermobility to maybe limited flight, there's an argument for that, i wouldn't treat it as some sort of fancy hax unless it's stated to be such

Gabriel can apparently flash-step faster than the projectiles he himself throws (he can even do this with his parried greatsword if that means anything). It’s not the same as Prime Souls’ case (as in, in gameplay they stop right in front of your face instead of dropkick blitz to portray the comparability even if they’re still much faster), should we treat Gabriel’s dashes as being faster than his combat speed because of this?

And uh, unfinished but do you think this formatting is easy to read?

That seems reasonable. And... I'm not sure, I feel like the systems stuff is a bit too spread out for relatively little gain, something like that might be better off in NA&T, is my personal opinion.

I will not ask for permission, but I would point something out that was seemingly overlooked when it comes to usage of True Magic users and all.

Zelretch is able to observe and travel between alternate universes.

This is outright confirmed in an old mats book for Zelretch and his abilities.
