Also, two. The only time a CRT is one vote is when it is deemed self-evident (e.g., adding underwater breathing to a fish, giving a trained warrior weapon mastery; the stuff that really should have been on a profile to begin with, or updates that have occurred that leave no room for debate or interpretation)
