Hey, man, sorry to bother, I'm aware you're taking a rest, but if it's not an issue and you have a minute, can you evaluate these calcs? Of course, if that falls into calc stuff you're taking a break from then no worries. Thanks in advance!
Sorry for the inconvenience
I think I already got it to calculate the crystals, in one image there is a white part in the pink crystal, then I used another image where you can see that white part, with that I drew another line of the cat's height in front of the pink crystal, it was the only way I found to calculate the area of the blue crystal, please review it.

Hello
I saw your skill thread and had a few question. Would categories like Tactics/Strategies or Teamwork fit under skill ?
  • By Tactics/Strategies, I mean the ability of a character to make use of everything they have in order to take down a foe that can be far stronger than themselves. I'm surely explaining it badly but as for an example let's consider video game characters. During boss fights, they often are the underdogs and it is common that they are straight up outmatched and can't win in a direct fight. A notable example of this would be a character using their environment to take the advantage (EX: Making the boss attack an instable part of the boss room to make it collapse on it and damage it that way) a good example of this would be the first boss fight of TLoZ Wind Waker. An other would be using everything you can find/see to gain the advantage like using the water at your foe's feet and a nearby electric cable to electrocute them or taking down a water tank to extinguish the enemies flames. An other would be coming up with creative strategies to compensate your weaknesses (ex: Denji damaging his own brain to shield himself against the falling devil's mental attack he was vulnerable to). One last example would be varying your approach toward a fight to fit who you are facing (hit and run, stalling, sneak attack, etc). There is surely way more than those but those were the main point that came to my mind.

  • By Teamwork, I mean the ability of characters to work together to achieve something, obviously and it is more niche than before but it's not something everyone naturally have. In a team fight, a weaker team can beat up a stronger team by having a better coordination, a deeper understanding of their partner's powers and how they can interact with their own. (ex: the lyoko warriors from Code Lyoko can beat enemies in far superior numbers by working together even though they can have trouble 1v1 those same foes normally.)
A bit off topic but what's your opinion on how skill is categorised for fire emblem: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:TheGatememer/Fire_Emblem:_Three_Houses_Skill_Blog

I would probably list tactics and battle iq into combat related knowledge.

I take issues with skill scaling chains, I explained that in detail in my draft. But to keep it short; Three assumptions are being made to handwave the conclusion of the blog, that Byleth scales to all the feats listed below them.

1. Because they would beat the characters below them, they would be automatically more skilled.

2. Because they are more skilled, they automatically scale to the feats of characters below them

3. Because they scale to the feats of characters below them, they are basically composite skill.

Way more things go into a fight than just skill. Beating a opponent dosnt automatically mean you best them in skill. Skill is a varied and huge factor, just because youre overall more skilled than someone dosnt mean that you outdo them in everything skill related. Just because you do scale to some feats dosnt mean that automatically every feat below that applies to you as well.

How much of this applies to the blog i dont know, I dont know the series and if actual reasons are given for "higher" characters to scale then nothing stops them from scaling.
Hello.

Sorry to disturb you, would you mind evaluating this Minor CRT when you have time? Thanks in advance either way.

Edit: It's done, no need to waste your time.
Hello. Need you help. In A Song of Ice and Fire book verse there was a difficulties with scaling one feat. Feat: character Maelys Blackfyre kills horse with a single punch

Destrier horse in this verse described as: "are tall, strong, splendid animals, often high spirited. Destriers give knights a majestic air at tourneys. They are normally the most valuable type of horse, being well bred and highly trained but quite expensive"

So there were difficulties related to fact that durability of RW horse is varies from street level to at most street level+ and because of this it is difficult to say how high AP of Maelys is scaled. You can also see the latest messages in this discussion thread: (devoted to this issue)

And i created a thread about this issue in Questions and Answers forum:
Thread 'Question about horse durability and AP to kill horse' https://vsbattles.com/threads/question-about-horse-durability-and-ap-to-kill-horse.176743/

But I haven't received the correct answer yet. Can you help please
So Bob, I shall either have you make a random WoW profile or remake a random Starcraft profile

Do not resist.

I'd probably dig up the(incomplete) cosmology blog for Warcraft for you to review lol

Or have you do some random raid boss without much hax lol

In fact, do this random Magma/volcanic rock Elemental!
Elemental passives and whatnot are in Rag's profile, though obviously burning with the full concentrated power of the sun is a him thing.

What am I meant to evaluate here? I'm not going to dig feats, lol.
Hello! According to the Bastard!! verse page, you are a supporter of the verse. I was wondering if you could check this matchup (Uriel), and give an input there when you have time. Seol, from the looks of things, seems to inactive.
Hello! I have a question but Ergen novels, specifically the Cultivation general abilities page. At one point, the resistances just state "All prior and current abilities", and I was wondering why that is? I'm indexing a Cultivation novel as well, and it was shown that higher realm cultivators are unfathomably above lower realmed one, with them resisting the abilities of lower ones. As such, I was wondering if it was normal to have them resist all current and prior abilities as well (Layering was already accepted)?

Additionally, if it's a yes, would the resistances extend to abilities that are not general, but are still of lower realms? There were statements of strong curses, and they were powerful because they ignored realms/levels (Extremely powerful and one of a kind), with no ability having such statement.

I wanted to ask, though, wouldn't a FAR higher realmed cultivator be able to resist pretty much all of the attacks of the far lower realmed cultivators? For example, would it be plausible to say that a 9th realm cultivator is able to resist all of the attacks of a named 6th realmed cultivators (assuming the latter's battle strength is still in 6th realm, ie no higher realm battle strength BS)

I mean, going by the basic narrative structure of most Xianxia, obviously a Golden Immortal Venerable isn't having anything happen to him from an idk, Nascent Soul cultivator.

Issue is proving that on VSBW.

What about concept shenanigans? I know cultivators are resistance to concept stuff, but considering how in the majority of xianxia, the concept stuff does A LOT of stuff (Unleashing fire, suppressing space, etc...), shouldn't those all be listed by virtue of being higher realmed and resisting concept stuff?
