In the episode where Starfire is called a Troq, which is in all seriousness is the n word for Tamaranians (which is why I like the episode as it has a moral against bad names), she either a) tanks (not survives, but tanks) a giant explosion that's clearly way above Large Building level, or b) escapes the explosion, leading to a big speed value. Either option is an upgrade.
