This is the official thread for requesting calcs to be done by the members of the Calc Group and other senior editors.

However, this help is entirely optional, and the people who do the requesting cannot expect that anybody will somehow be automatically interested in doing the requested calcs.

It is not allowed to complain about delays in producing calcs. It is also strictly prohibited to spam the message walls of Admins and the members of the Calc group to have a look at the thread.

The calc group will have a final say as to whether a calc is feasible or not, and will discuss internally who is to do the calc.

If a calculation has been performed and accepted, please add it to this page.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This thread is only for posting requests, and for the calculation group to respond to said requests. Off-topic discussion is absolutely not allowed, and will result in the posts being deleted, and the ones responsible possibly receiving a block. However, you are allowed to answer questions from the calculation group members.
 
Well, I will roll this over onto the next one since the last one filled up.

Can anyone help calculate an explosion yield? In the HotS cinematic an Ultralisk shrugs off a large explosion from a Siege Tank. In the video there are several large explosions that I would be interested to see the energy yield of. I would love to see if there is a better yield that the current Large Building it is on. Here are some pics of some shots.

I'd like the islands being sucked in during this cutscene to be calced, specifically the one at 1:15, as it's the largest in size
 
Not a calculation for any particular Verse, but.

Does anybody know how much energy it takes to freeze a human being? Either englobe then in ice, or legit freeze them whole.

Not sure how accurate this is, but it is a calculation on how much energy you would need to freeze a 360lb man solid. The calc puts it at 52.96 Megajoules, Room level by our standards.

Ni Xi Ba Mo Wang - Starts at Chapter 8 for the first one, Chapter 21 till 23 for the last two, if no one can calc it at its current state I'd like to at least just recommend this Disgaea-esque webcomic.

How much energy would slicing through 999 human bodies in a single strike like this produce?

Help would be very appreciated.

It said that several billions of times more powerful than a Supernova, that means 10^53 J At the very least.

About the Black Abyss, it said that has over 1000000 times the mass of our sun, assuming that has the radious of our sun (that isn't true at all, but increasing the radious will make the GBE lower), the GBE of the Black Abyss is 1000000^2*GBE of the sun = 22.67*10^52 J, pretty similar to the previous one, both results are 4-B.
 
@Antoniofer Do you know of a good calc for explosions? I would love to calc the Ultralisk feat above if a calc member doesn't want to, but I don't know where to start.
 
@Assault, do you mean this one? there are others, but aren't omnidirectional and hasn't any crater, so don't known any method to calculate them. About the linked above, it can be calculated, but there's nothing to scale.

If want to known how calculate explosions, you can take a look at this page, if want help to determinate the yield, you can use this blog, but doesn't use fireball radius for now.
 
For the no more heroes verse (which is currently having powerscaling issues and desperately needs some new feats).

Helter Skelter's missile explosions

The sheer force of Dr. Peace's golden bullets

Holly Summer's grenades (not sure if the force of each one would be added together or not)

Letz Shakes' explosio

Travis and other characters also have casual bullet-timing from the beginning of the game but I don't know how fast that is. Sometimes it's even at point-blank. If anyone could tell me the speed of point-blank bullet timing, that'd be great.
 
@Antoniofer The scale would be an Ultralisk, the large creature that is struck by the explosion. Ultras are slightly more than 15m tall.
 
So I wondering if someone could calculate the size of the giant Broccoli from Mob Psycho 100. I tried it myself but im still to much of a novice to figure some of this stuff out.

These 2 seemed to be the best panels to get the measurments though there are a few other panels in between with the broccoli.
 
Could someone help me calculate how fast Jake Long would have to be going to circle an entier island 13 times as he does in this episode

The feat takes place 8:35 minutes into the episode. Earlier on in the episode, they say that the island is in the florida keyes, if that helps the calculation at all.

LordAizenSama said that when calced it can sometimes result in higher yields such as mountain level, also said it was definitely worth a calc.

I'd appreciate it if it was calced regardless
 
Two i need calced for the verse Gone:

1. I figure this could be a decent speed and AP feat, a character (Duck) tackled another character (Gaia) through the earth starting from the mineshaft on the right and ending under the nuclear power plant in the center of this map, and they traveled downwards 10 miles as well. This attack was described as hitting with the force of a mountain falling from space, though this may be hyperbole.

2. A child named lil' Pete created a barrier with a Circumference of 62.83 miles and an Area of 314.159 square miles out of part of a being called the Gaiaphage.

If these can be calced at some point i'd greatly appreciate it.
 
@WeeklyBattles Although I am not a calc member I am trying to do the first feat. How large is Gaia/Duck (whichever is bigger)? If I know their dimensions or general height I can plug in the numbers I already have.
 
Hey, I was hoping to get another speed feat analysed, if anyone could help. It's from this episode of Juniper Lee, where juniper runs down the side of a building to catch someone who was falling.

Chapter 23 Birthright, it sends fire throughout the entire alley and even destroys all of the obstacles in the way of the fire

12:50 is the first activation

This probably wont effect any ratings (Unless a "with Dragon Vein" key is added, which is unlikely and probably unusable in battle unless "They have all of the abilities from the dragon veins" is a condition)
 
This feat is from D. Gray-Man it is a Level 4 Akuma destroying an Area with a Giant Akuma inside of it 1, 2 since Allen & Kanda can beat them pretty easily now it should give them an upgrade, Thank You.
