Rick wins. Farnsworth isn't as smart as Rick, and has worse memory. Rick's inventions are more impressive, and Rick has no problems killing an entire universe, let alone one old man. Farnsworth is definitely no joke with some of his inventions, but Rick seems to be able to build them much faster (like he build the dog intelligence enhancement device in a few seconds).

Rick all the way. The dude breaks universes on a regular basis as a side effect of screwing with shit in his garage. On top of that he can literally get anything he need to counter anything with his portal gun. He stole a time manipulation machine from the '''''fourth dimension'''''. Of course he can get a counter for precog if he has a month.

Rick has this in the bag. He has much more devices, less moral restrains and has superhuman stats, Farnswroth is below human level and has much more restrains than Rick

The problem is the precognition, but I'm sure Rick can counter that due how crazy prepared he can get
