So my calcs for dodging Meteor, Bolting, and Hoarfrost got accepted, so we need to decide whether we're going to use them or not. Meteor and Bolting should definitely usable, but we need to decide if we're ok with using the Hoarfrost calc

I agree that the FTL feat should only scale to god tiers. And as for the Bolting, I think it's best to still consider it real lightning as it's consistent throughout the franchise. And I agree with verse wide Massively Hypersonic+ speed upgrades.
 
We only got 4 days left before the forum move, so let's try to wrap this up
 
We got two admins who accepts this, so if there are no objections before then. I'd say it's safe.
 
Is there anything left to do here, or should we close this?
 
I think the upgrades were already carried out, but we can wait for Mitch to confirm that.
