Unless he can resist it in anyway. Luigi flashes him and then sucks him up from a distance before snatcher can do any haxs. That flash leaves ghosts immobile iirc.

Not from there. But it looks like snatcher can't use his haxs unless he is in close range. So once he starts getting close. Luigi has Tens of meters with his Plotergust
 
he has Pain hax that has Hundreds of Kilometers Range,as The Snatcher uses it from Space on Hat Kid when she was in Mafia Town and would Probably Teleport behind Luigi

But 500 meters seems way too much, I'll change it to 50
 
Extended melee range physically, several meters with ranged attacks. Possibly Far Higher via Size Manipulation

Nothing there
 
Oh, didn't see that. In that case, Luigi uses perception manipulation which is thought based and does literally anything else like stopping time, sealing, transmutation, etc.
