Alright, not exactly the full on revision I'm hoping I can upload, but considering the wiki-wide revisions for the top tier regenerations I might as well get this out of the way first.
So long story short,to the surprise of no one This regen updated will upgrade everyone's Regenerationn negations and a lot of character's Regenerationn. So for starters Hakumen's time killer is stated and shown to erase someone from time itself, and it's shown to erase Terumi from existence, who's shown to be able to resist the cauldron's EE/Void hax which is stated by Jubei to "lose everything you were and everything you ever could be" And it's stated in CF from Terumi that he was able to come back thanks to Self-Observation. This also scales to the Black Beast, as well as a bunch of other characters with similar observation skills as Terumi but for the sake of making this easier to follow I'm mostly gonna follow the Black Beast. The Black Beast is also stated to be a self-observing weapon. And everyone that has Ars Magus was able to kill it thanks to those weapons as any other modern weapon couldn't affect the monster.
So long story short, every character that has Self observation skills will have their regen upgrade to High godly since in the High godly page, it says this
High-Godly: The ability to regenerate after erasure from all aspects of existence, such as from history, narrative/plot, and conceptual/information destruction.
Which falls in line with how Time Killer and the cauldron's EE/Void hax works, and every character worth a damn that has mid godly regen negation will be upgraded to High Godly regen negation.
