[4th Round of 7-C Bracket] - Kinji vs Foxy (0-8-0)

Well, what does Foxy start with?

Kinji usually starts with the Realm of Memory, which lets her enter the memory of someone by looking at them in the eye. Inside, she can steal every memory that her target has, modify them, or kill her target from within

Although the range at which she has been able to utilize it against opponents has been within like 5 meters as far as I remember, so she's likely to start off attacking by using her hair to attack by attacking underground to surprise her opponents, sharpening them so they'll be sharp, or strangling her opponents

Then she's pretty much gonna be using her Memory attack once she gets closer

Foxy always Open with the Noro Beams. I think he holds the range advantage with it.

If he tags his target with it, it'll be frozen in time during 30 seconds where they are vulnerable to attacks.
 
I checked and it looks like Kinji only requires eye contact (and I quote "I just need to look into their eyes.") for the Memory Manipulation to work

Don't know how it'll play out in this fight though as I don't know if Kinji needs to have shown feats of affecting people beyond a certain range (17 meters) for her to actually affect Foxy
 
That's the thing. If Foxy holds range, he'll not get close until he tags Kinji with the Beam. That's how he fights.

Eye contact at a certain distance is difficult. Especially when it's more than ten meters.
 
Kinji usually stays in place while she's using her hair cause it's a long-range attack, but since they're separated by 17 meters she'll probably try getting closer so she could get a hit in, and also to use her Memory attack

Why 17m, btw?

If she tries to rush at her range, she'd fall easier in Foxy's flamboyant trickery, which is something he can capitalize to target her with the Beam. Once he gets chance it's pretty much game over. 30 seconds is more than enough to beat her. She doesn't have any notable stamina feat, after all.
 
Just copy pasted a previous Thread I made then increased it by 10 since I thought 17 meters would just lead to Foxy getting Mind attacked as soon as the match starts, which I think would just lead to a stomp

Wouldn't her eye contact work since if she's gonna get slowed down, Foxy will be trying to go H2H as seen in his fight with Luffy, meaning he'll be coming over so Kinji can just look at him once he's near

Her hair will be spearheading the hair attacks, meaning if she's gonna try to get closer to Foxy, the hair itself will pretty much be attacking from at the front while she's at the back of the attack, so if Foxy tries to use his beams to attempt to slow down the hair coming at him, Kinji will probably see the effect of his beams so she will instantly take note of his abilities, unless the beams can also affect her through the hair being affected

And since they're located at Central Park, there's bound to be trees so she can use them as a way to hide by floating above the trees so he won't be able to find her easily
 
Probably? Her reactions are also frozen, so she wouldn't be able to actívate the mindhax until the Effect wears off. If the brain is frozen in time, so are the abilities. It's a pseudo-timestop.

Foxy outranges. Her hair Will not spawn at the same distance while, IIRC, the maximum feat of range for Foxy is probably in the 30-40meters, but I'll check later. If the hair is connected to her body, she'd get affected anyway.

Foxy is the type of guy who runs away and hide if the situation doesn't benefit him as well. He doesn't have the same weapons he had during his fight with Luffy, but he can use various weapons or even the enviroment to his favor. He can very well set a bunch of rocks frozen mid-air to be launched thirty second later to either distract Kinji or attack her with it as a projectile.

Range fight isn't an advantage for her, and flying above the trees won't help her to find Foxy through them. Foxy has more cover in that case.
