"Supreme power" vs "Jackpot"

  • Speedo is equalized
  • 7-B Ainz and DMC1 Dante are used, Sparda DT is restricted
  • Fighting in Hell
  • In character
  • 1 kilometer range
Who wins?

Ainz: 8

Dante:

Inconclusive:

Devil May Cry DMC1 Dante 2
Ainz Anime

His fighting style basically depends on trashing the enemy with slashes or sending multiple swords on them

if they are starting 10 meters apart, i think Nelo's in the range of Ainz's death aura

if Nelo gets up close, he'll die from death aura

if he doesn't get up super close, Ainz uses death spells and notices Nelo resurrecting, which means he'll use True Death, which negates resurrection

He could overpower Dante who was earlier rivaling him, and he can easily teleport to beat the crap out of his opponent instantly

as long as it's not blitz worthy, then we're probably good

when Ainz starts getting a bit pressured, he'll teleport kilometers in the air, and either start bombarding his enemy, or buff himself

Nelo does literally the same thing, he also likes to sometimes keep distance and spam swords from above

i still say Ainz gets a few death spells off, notices his resurrection, then uses True Death

The Nelo at his strongest keeps his distance and uses projectiles more than he does melee but he tends to teleport or stinger in and out of melee distance after he's done with using projectiles but besides that Nelo doesn't have any hax.

Ainz also likes to use Perfect Unknowable, so that'll probably help him get in a surprise death spell

@SpookyShadow

His soul hax is only good for opponents who resurrect from their soul. Say Nelo kills someone with Low-Godly and they attempt to use their soul to resurrect, Nelo can attack and destroy the soul. That's how it works iirc, dunno if that would useful here.

With Nelo it's pretty much a hax stomp for Ainz, Nero could be better but I don't know if spatial cuts would do much to Ainz

bypasses resistances to stuff like fear/insanity/death manip, and he can summon seven 7-B monsters

as well as using Dimensional Lock, which blocks his opponent's teleportation

Nero's spatial attacks with Yamato only seem to be a singular cut per attack unlike Dante and Vergil.

probably about 9

if he starts the battle like that immediately in-character, then that seems like a stomp, as Ainz would barely be able to move before he dies

I can always change it to Dante or Nero to make it more fair, too bad Nelo doesn't have Yamato

Ainz's main things he uses are Time Stop and death hax

he's going to use Time Stop extremely early, if not the first thing he does

> 3-A, possibly Low 2-C with Sparda Devil Trigger

seems like a nice, juicy stomp

unless he doesn't use it
