Yukari VS Bill

Yukari usually goes for the kill when she's wanting to kill, like how she literally bent the rules of the Spellcard rules so she can use her spellcards.

Bill is a ****** who doesn't go for the kill, so Yukari erases before Bill gets serious.

What do you mean by this?

And let's assume Bill does go for Precog immidately in a fight, which he doesn't , as he's been caught off guard many times, Yukari erases him immediately, so while he is precogging he is erased.

Which he doesn't use in character, Bill chooses to physically fight and toy with his opponents, he's not going immediately for the Kill like Yukari is.
 
Also, Bill's mindhax (including sleephax or madnesshax btw) can't do anything to someone who literally doesn't have brain (unless of course he affected some kind of incorporeal mind)

he can't transmute someone that's her physical body is meaningless and can regenerate from her incorporeal mind

Yukari only removes the border between the wank = Bill luuss
 
Bill's mindhax is really bad since it requires him to enter someone's mind or those madness bubbles he uses are slow and easily dodgeable. Plus Yukari has resistance to it anyways.
 
Bill's precog is useful I suppose but he never really uses it in combat and he's not the type to immediately try to kill unless enraged as he likes to make his opponents suffer and toy with them which ultimately leads Yukari to just use erasure and the dorito is done.

Ok. I am voting for Bill Cipher winning more times than not

Now, let's start with the weaknesses:

Weaknesses: Yukari is quite lazy and rarely fights seriously, and her boundary manipulation can sometimes be overpowered or considered not enough to reach certain areas instantly, such as Heaven or the Lunarian Capital. She is vulnerable to spiritual damage.

Weaknesses: Bound inside of Gravity Falls due to it being an incredibly powerful magnet for weirdness. His Regenerationn seems to take a bit of time as he complained about how long it took him to regenerate his eye back. Memory erasure, while he is in someone's mind, can be used to erase him. However, as hinted by clues such as a hidden incantation Bill spoke in reverse, he can eventually return from being erased; he should get angered and will do irrational things at times and he is extremely cocky and arrogant.

So I will infer both will start the battle not taking each other seriously, but the thing is, Bill gets to the point faster. Bill says something and arrogant before he does something like sleep inducement or transmutation, and Yukari is just lazy in general and will most likely go for the kill a bit later.

I'm not saying Yukari will never win in one scenario, but I'm arguing Bill will pull it faster.

Neither Transmutation, but we still assume he uses it. Probably due to the fact Bill was in 2 fights throughout the entire show.
 
Yukari is lazy because she doesn't want to actually kill anyone, but her "lazy" weakness is totally eradicated when she starts the fight ready and willing to kill, which she will.

And we wouldn't assume anything, he never used the transmutation in a fight, 0/2.

How BIll can transmute the body of someone who doesn't need it in first place x2???

How Bill can sleep someone who doesn't have a brain x2???
 
Even if we assume that Bill uses hax instead for directly fighting ( screamings intensifies ), how this will work on Yukari?

Can someone please show me at least 1 feat of Bill transmuting someone who doesn' needs a body in first place?? Or sleeping someone who doesn't have a physical brain instead for an incorporeal mind??
