Size manipulation won't work (Bill can change his own size)
I don't think Time Stop will work since time is always stopping around Bill when he is around so I think it would be stopped before Mickey can use it
EE will work for sure but I guess it depends on how much Mickey uses it and the surface area it covers (Ford's gun had EE but since it didn't hit all of Bill, he regenerated)

I thought every time he came on screen time froze? If time already freezes when he enters doesn't it sort of render Mickey's useless?

Bill doesn't have passive time stop if that's what you're saying. Plus he never used time stop in a fight.

Ok, through it all I think I will stick with Bill since I don't think Mickey would really know EE is the key to killing Bill and if he uses precognition I don't think that would help much since it wouldn't really tell him how to kill Bill
Also Bill makes fun of him a little, Mickey probably wouldn't be threatened then he just Ap zaps him out of existence
As for type 8, from what it sounds like it would just be incapacitation if Bill destroys his body

Well, I guess I don't know if Mickey can really stop it because I imagine Bill will use his animal manipulation to some capacity (There have been three or four out of his like five or six appearances where he messed with animals)
