Calypso vs Bill Cipher

Forgive me King...

Alternatively, this could have been Sweet Tooth if Twisted Metal 4 were "canon" or Minion if he had a profile.

Anyway, I'll probably end up regretting this immensely. Please, don't hurt me.

Plot: Bill had entered the Twisted Metal universe and had witnessed how chaotic and destructive it was with all of the car combat and such. He had grown greatly attached to this universe and decided to spread weirdness throughout the planet as if it weren't chaotic enough. Doing so, Bill had ruined Calypso's contest. Calypso saw this and was gravely disappointed and frustrated. Moments later after all the contestants had die due to Bill's influences, Calypso confronted Bill and went on rambling to him about how he ruined his magnificent contest. Of course, Bill didn't care and instead wanted to have control of everything. Calypso eyes started to give out a glow. He was about to put up a fight against Bill.

Rules: Calypso is given knowledge and intel on Bill. He starts off planet sized and is at his absolute peak. Bill is at Low 2-C. Speed is Equalized. Otherwise SBA.

Calypso: 7

Bill: 3

Inconclusive:

If this is unfair, I'm equalizing Tierings and stats.

Based off their profiles, Bill wins because he just turns Calypso into a bunny and smacks him. Or he vaporizes him with his MUCH higher AP.

I'm not entirely certain about transmutation working on a planet sized human. Using sheer AP is obviously a wincon for Bill. However Calypso definitely has win conditions here given the situation that is given and all.

Vote counted regardless.

Correct.

Though I'm pretty sure Calypso has ways of defeating Bill.

But even then, my regrets of creating this matchup is greatly immense.

Really, the main argument is AP. Which I can understand, yes.

Can't Calypso BFR Bill or trap him inside of a Pocket Dimension?

Pretty sure some of his abilities are activated via a thought. Notably BFR. I even gave Calypso prior knowledge for this matchup.

Really need answers on that, because it may or may not turn the tables.

BFRing Bill to the past won't work, the triangle was capable of going inside Blendin's house and mind despite that guy being from the future.

BFR to a pocket dimension, I'm unsure. But Bill has dimensional travel so that can be helpful.

Hmm, well since now my thoughts on this battle has been thrown out of the window.

Isn't this a stomp now?

Maybe, but I don't believe it's quicker than Bill essentially pointing like what he did to the time baby
As of Twisted Metal 2012, Calypso can activate his powers with a thought. He BFR'd the Preacher into the pocket dimension inside of his painting just by thinking, and he granted everyone's wishes in what was basically an instant once it was made clear what each of them were wishing for.

Earlier games set in different continuities show him activating his powers by waving his hand, raising his arms, snapping his fingers and/or other extremely simple motions, also. But the most recent game shows that he doesn't need to do any of that.

I'm really not seeing how Bill wins this. Assuming this doesn't turn into an incon via "who does what first?", Calypso has several powers that Bill doesn't resist or have a counter for, all of which can come out just as fast as anything Bill can do, if not much faster.

Bills leading move is apparently transmutation, which is snap based

So uhh

Calypso for Kings reasons

Yeah, that's what I figured, but isn't there a point to where Hax might be not be too effective anymore. I mean, I know Hax essentially ignore durability, but I thought they could only go so far?
