Is there a page that explains all this stuff in detail? Like, how we do figure when a hax should and should not work against someone/something? Sorry if I'm derailing the thread, but I want to know more properly how this works.

If you're a regular 3-D (or whatever buzzword people are going to use if/when those tiering system changes are put in place) being and don't have sufficient resistance to a power that works on other 3-D beings, you can be affected by it.

That's really it.

Bill is 3-D with Low 2-C power. So Calypso's powers should be more than enough to affect him, considering his lack of shown resistance to any of them.

Calypso has hax to affect Bill but how likely is he going to use them? If he starts out with Transmutation, Age Manipulation, Sealing, BFR, or Pocket Reality Manipulation or god forbid any of his not-hax that gives Bill more than enough time to just snap his fingers or shoot an eye laser or something due to the fact Bill has counters or ways to circumvent all of those powers.

If he starts with Causality Manipulation, Empathic Manipulation, Morality Manipulation or Soul Manipulation he could definitely beat Bill but afaik Calypso has no leading move so it's about as likely that he'll use those as he'll use the ones that don't beat Bill.

If he knows Bill is a multiversal conquerer that can travel through dimensions, lives forever, can regenerate from it's 2-D self, and can kill him with an eye laser of course he's going to actually use is hax.
