Homer Vs. Pac-Man : The redux

Thanks, Bobby. Since some folks didn't feel it was okay to go through with the thread without the change to the equipment which hadn't been specified, we're beginning anew... but I'll repost what I said after the proposition of no equipment Pac-Man was brought up, plus a little more:

Looking over Pac-Man's profile, the following don't seem to need equipment:

Vehicular Mastery, Weapon Mastery, Master in Martial Arts, Breaking the Fourth Wall (Once knocked on the screen to check if the player is present in Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures), Regenerationn (Mid; Can recover from being flattened), Precognition, Explosion Manipulation, Can launch Pac-Dots as bullets, (Unless Pac-Dots counts as equipment), Non-Physical Interaction (Can harm intangible beings like ghosts).

My original vote included Precognition, Regenerationn & Non-Physical Interaction. Even if my previous vote was invalidated, I think I still have enough reason to vote for Pac-Man here.

Homer probably can't kill Pac-Man more thoroughly than he can Regenerate, & Pac-Man is probably skilled. Also Precognition, & even if Homer ends up as a Ghost, Pac-Man can probably kill that, too.

Pac-Man probably WOULD kill Ghost Homer, too.

It was argued Homer could incapacitate Pac-Man. I was waiting for this new thread to post my response:

Incapacitate through what means? Pac-Man isn't exactly humanoid, so Pressure Points is questionable. Also, Precognition, more skilled, & past a certain threshold, Regenerationn should prevent what, physiologically/biologically causes unconsciousness.

Lastly, for AP/Striking Strength & Durability, what values are they rated at/scaled to?

For now, voting Pac-Man High Difficulty. Homer can't get past Mid Level Regenerationn, but I'd assume Pac-Man could get past Homer's High-Low, & if Homer does die, Pac-Man can eat his ghost.

I think that Pac-Man is probably more skilled, & Precognition helps, too.

(Also, I just noticed that in the previous thread, the 2nd post after the OP, was Bob's, the thread creator's, affirming that Pac-Man's equipment WASN'T restricted , contrary to Buttersamurai claiming "The OP never mentioned no equipment until after the votes were made." . Enough equipment might make it a hax stomp, though. Maybe.)

homer might be getting mid regen soon, idk if that'll change anything but its worth noting

I would love to see Broadway Force used as a legit power/skill in these vs matches.

But Pac-Man FRA

Broadway force maybe?
Broadway force doesn't last anentire day, also i very much doubt Homer's is strong enought to stop people from attacking him

@Blue

dis is stomp tho

Shouldn't be added. Homers gotten new abilities and a much higher regen. This battles out of date. Plus backwards scale to that car vap feat

Plus. As brought up. Broadway force doesn't last a day. So that wouldn't bypass Mid.
