Tough for gumball, Pac is a much much better fighter and he probably starts by throwing pellets at gumball and his danmaku can really keep gumball away from him.

While it's nice to see a Pac-Man match here (besides his much bigger LS, which may stem from a gravitational pull feat in the cutscene), Gumball is 8-A and has advantages like better regeneration (though Psycho did approve a calculation around that tier and I've thought of a way to write it).

It seems that soon, Pac will be 8-A physically as well (though Gumball's about 900 tons compared to 315), so this may get a bit fairer.

So Pac has a large skill and experience advantage and can neg GB's regen with the Power Pellet. GB does have stuff like his death glare and time stop which Pac cant counter but he doesn't lead with them and Pac is more likely to pop a power pellet and eat GB before he would resort to using his more dangerous haxs.
