In Chapter 180, Esprit reveals her Unqiue Skill, Retaliator:

"The special ability to replicate damage that she has taken onto her attacker, such was Espirit's unique skill『Retaliator』.
The incredible amount of damage that had been caused onto a demon's body.
A human's body would never be able to take that much punishment.
Flesh was sundered and bones were crushed."

The reason that this is counted as a resistance for US (Ultimate Skills), is that it's been stated that US>All other skills (with VERY specific exceptions), and are not effected by lower skills.

This is further backed up by CP's blog: General Concepts in Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ke
 
Actually, no. I still believe this is Pain Manipulation. Angra Mainyu has pain manipulation for the exact same reason Esprit should, since his NP reflects the pain he sustained onto the target. Though, he enscribes it on their soul so it's a bit more potent.
 
That's what I said... It's the same reason Angra Mainyu has it. I knew it didn't say reflect.

@Milly Rocking Bandit, I was confused as deleted the message; I looks up Damage reflection like Retaliator did and it indeed treated as Attack Reflection here

Oh, replicated? It is not pain manipulation then since the character tooks the damage not just suffer from the pain.

The moment Espirit activated her special ability, Gardner was turned into a pile of meat without the chance to even speak.
 
Now, its either attack reflection or pain manipulation, I think about it is a new ability worthy of a page in view.
 
Shouldn't he have it in his Awakened Demon Lord Key? I believe he became a True Dragon after that.

And, I agree with Yuuki's key.

And of course, a resistance to this would go to all US users.
 
Regarding Rimuru's Awakened Demon Lord Key, while he had food chain; he only have it activated near his final fight agibst Veldora and his sister to get stonger.

We known, he had all Food Chains abilties from Chapter 191 where Ciel uses use Food Chains fro analysis and improvement of abilities.
 
There are some Damage Transferal Reistance Missing for US USers like Ranga but I will add them later.
