Ive read that it was able to harm Eggman, so shouldnt they be Building Level since Eggman has been consistently surviving his mech explosions?

Yeah if they scale to Eggman. Also if Eggman can harm them then he also would scale.

The Buzz Bomber profile is outdated! It was made when Eggman still had Wall Level Durability, and when he got upgraded to Building Livel Durability on December 30, 2018, they forgot to upgrade the Buzz Bomber profile to 8-C because it harmed Eggman.

Actually he wasn't harmed by them he was in the threat of being harmed by them but it'd still let them scale since Eggman needed to avoid fire from them

I mean, a shot easily knocked him down to the ground, so he was harmed by the Buzz Bomber bullet.
