This may sound out there, but hear me out.
When a Kung Fu Master dies, they get sent to the Spirit Realm naturally. This shouldn't come as a surprise, as this is what has been consistently shown and said throughout the series, with the most obvious example being Master Oogway. Along with him, Thundering Rhino, who was killed by Shen's cannon, was also sent to the Spirit Realm, proven by how Kai was able to collect his chi.
We also know that escape from the Spirit Realm is a thing. This was shown in Kung Fu Panda 3, where Kai the Collector used Oogway's chi to escape from the Spirit Realm, and Po did the same thing near the end of the film. Jindiao was able to escape from the Spirit Realm as well, which was stated to be a result of his power.
So we know that there are two conditions for resurrection via this method:
The second condition is being able to escape from the Spirit Realm. It was hinted in Kung Fu Panda 3, and outright stated in Paws of Destiny, that you need a certain level of power to escape from the Spirit Realm. Kai was able to do this by taking Oogway's chi for himself, and Po was able to do this by creating a portal with the chi he was given by the Panda village. Po describes this in Paws of Destiny as 'dying, then coming back'.
It is worth mentioning that there are, as far as I know, no contradictions to this method of ressurection. There are very few people in Kung Fu Panda that are above Kai's level of power in the first place. It was explained in Paws of Destiny that if you die in the Spirit Realm, you die for good, which means that Kai dying in the Spirit Realm killed any chance he had of coming back. Jindiao, who was shown to be capable of escape, was never actually killed, period. Instead, he was sealed into the Spirit Urn. Any other character above this level of power has either never conventionally died, or have died and have been able to return to the Mortal Realm (The Constellation pandas are a prime example of this).
This would apply to Po with his mastery of chi, Paws of Destiny Po (who doesn't have a profile yet), the Constellation pandas (who also don't have profiles yet) and possibly Jindiao (he would fit the bill of Kung Fu Master, being the previous Dragon Warrior).
Po: Power Mimicry (He was able to mimic the Mongolian Fireball after seeing Fenghuang use it once in "Owl Be Back", fits in with him being a fast learner), Time Manipulation (Can rewind time with the Shuyong seeds, should be optional equipment), Resistance to Void Manipulation (By using all the Shuyong seeds, himself and Fenghuang were sent to before the beginning of time, which was just nothingness bar the original Shuyong tree. Obviously Infinite speed is an outlier), limited Acausality (Type 1; when Fenghuang paradox'd Shifu, he retained his memory of who Shifu was. This is intentional as Tigress then asks Po 'Who is Shifu?'. Both from "A Stitch In Time"), Shapeshifting (Can change his appearance with the Shift Stones, first used in "Jailhouse Panda", also used by Shifu. Optional equipment), limited Absorption (The Mongolian Fireball sucks stuff into it, also from "Owl Be Back")
Master Oogway: Astral Projection (Shown watching over the Jade Palace in "Ghost of Oogway", brought Po to speak to him in Paws of Destiny), Cosmic Awareness (This is a bit more iffy, but basically he warned Shifu of Tai Lung breaking out of prison, knew that Kai would return to the Spirit Realm and warned Po that Jindiao was rising back to power in Paws of Destiny). I'm fine with the latter two powers being separated in a 'Paws of Destiny' key, if necessary.
Summary:
Resurrection is a thing for all those who both go to the Spirit Realm when they die, and have a way of returning to the Mortal Realm
Po should get Power Mimicry, Time Manipulation, Resistance to Void Manipulation, limited Acausality (Type 1), Shapeshifting, limited Absorption as well as Resurrection for his Mastery of Chi key.
Shifu should get Shapeshifting
Oogway should get Astral Projection and Cosmic Awareness
