Transmutation? is't it something Majin Buu can do? SSJ Vegito who has resisted. I just don't see how it would work on Beerus. Also, Beerus can sense killing intent.

That is a much longer process than snap and the opponent is done.
That also was not during a fight that was to make a point if anything in addition it looks like energy was used so Beerus can null it

Beerus isn't Toppo. He doesn't surround himself with Hakai aura, at least not in-character.

There's nothing long about it, he snaps and you're incapacitated. It not being in a fight is irrelevant, since Bill always starts with hax, with the only exceptions being the times he was PISed into oblivion. There's no energy involved anywhere.

Hakai aura doesn't even change anything, Bill's haxes don't travel, he just snaps and it happens, it doesn't have to touch.

The only time Bill didn't lead with an incap move was against the kids. However, those times Bill was extremely arrogant. Take for example wierdmaggedon. When he wasn't playing around he instantly transmutated several people at once. However, after Mabel and Dipper escaped and Mabel spray canned him in the eye, he went to simply kill them with AP alone. He incaped Ford and most of the kids and did not do it to the pines twins because of what I said earlier
So yeah he leads in incapitation, especially against larger threats. It's a snap and near instantaneous

The only problem with saying Bill starts with transmutation because it's his most used move is that he actually had more fights using pure ap then he did with transmutation

Willing to kill =/= serious. Two different things. Willing to kill just means he will kill if needed, it doesn't change the way he behaves in a fight.
