Reee notice me Senpai

"Amari should take 9-C at third spot, above Eztli-Tenoch due to her high smurf status. Don't seem there is anything he can do against it, neither does anyone below.

Yomika should take 9-A at fourth spot, since The House of Refuge can't do anything against her smurfiness."

Also as spot filler until something better shows up:

Bloody Touching Monster via sheer dura and immortality for High 8-C unless something better shows up.

Yomika again for 7-C for 4th unless something better shows up

Also with regards to a Culexus, what sort of assassin fights fair?

Zone Child merged Lex sorta can't fight though. Nothing negative allowed.

I mean....

Do you need to fight when everyone in the universe is in endless happiness and perfectly content?

In that case, Pucci has experience with passive site based hax, in fact, he has delt with worse. As he does when dealing with the passive hax of his brother, he observes the people around him, and after observing the effects, removes his own eye sight.
Interestingly enough, her mindhax has a smaller radius presence-based component as well as the on-sight one, but it is much weaker than actually seeing her.

I think I should just make the fight tbh.

10-A Pucci needs to be clarified as he cant just change stands like Echoes or Tusk

Which stand is he strongest with, then?

That's fair @yobo

Well I originally said Pucci w/ Made in Heaven because infinite speed but I guess that got lost in translation

I'll hold off on making the match until I know what stand to give Pucci.

SCP-001 (Swann's Proposal) should definitely be Tier-0 imo.

Take into account that Swann's Proposal refers to us, human beings. As I already discussed in my SCP-2747 thread, a Tier-11 character becomes suddenly Tier-0 in relation to a lower narrative. Every character in this list, from first to last, corresponds to a lower narrative than ours, thereby, every character in the list can be narratively manipulated to an infinite degree.

This, of course, comes with a few implications.

1) Nyarlathotep (And Cthulhu Mythos gods)

These are, according to Lovecraft's insinuations, residing in a higher narrative. This is discussable.

2) Animator

By the same logic that I presented in regards to Swann's Proposal (Which I'll be calling the Law of Narrativics), it should be moved to the same cathegory.

3) SCP-3125 and SCP-2747

Just like Lovecraft's Gods, SCP-3125 descends from a higher narrative, or is implied to do so.

SCP-2747 kinda transcends narratives, and completely bypasses the Law of Narrativics.

4) SCP-3812

SCP-3812 is a narrativic manipulator that is present in a number of narrativic layers (Possibly infinite ones) and is constantly rising. According to it's own article, the writer, djkaktus himself, warns the Foundation that they've gotten in trouble.

The Law of Narrativics I'm proposing would kind of give a number of characters a situational Tier-0 status which I feel would become a mess to keep track of. A few solutions is giving those characters both ratings, Tier-0 and Tier-X, with an explanation as to why.

On other matters;

I find extremely bizarre that Horakty, both considering egyptian mythology and Yu-Gi-Oh! mythology, is below White Face and Mega Alakazam.

While White Face has shown a greater expression of power, such was only limited to devices in which his data was implanted, or so I understand.

As to Mega Alakazam, there's an argument to be made about his powers. However, considering the hierarchy of Horakty, and comparing it to a minor divinity's of the same universe, the difference becomes obvious.

The logic I'm using is comparing Atem's hierarchy, who has been shown to destroy a second incarnation of Zorc (Albeit a possibly weaker one), to Horakty's.

SCP-682 is horribly overrated. While it shows an incredible resistence and absorption power, it is clearly able to die (As shown in "O, Death" and "The Lizard was Dead"), and it's regular power output, without interaction, stands so low that the Foundation is able to contain it, this contrasting with SCP-3812, SCP-2747, and SCP-3125. Also, SCP-078 (Able. I think I didn't get the number right) has been shown to be able to mostly beat it in hand-to-hand combat. Other combats have shown that while SCP-682 is able to survive, it is not really able to match a lot of threats that come against it.

In comparation to SCP-2317, SCP-682's power stands at a considerable low. Narrativic powers should also be taken into account, as while reality benders have little power over it, narrative ones could easily modify the laws of the narrative that allow SCP-682 to stay alive. This is up to debate though.

Tbf about O' Death it has like 1-B death manip but anyway this isnt the place, if you have a problem with it make a thread I guess.

He can still use the abilities of White Snake in MiH form. Since the stand disks still exist, he just usually chooses not to

Seriously? I've heard differently in the thread I made for 4th spot.

As I was mentioning, I feel like the Culexus Assassins shouldn't be the top spot in 8-C. They DEFINATELY don't solo the tier. Their more made specifically to defeat haxxed characters. Think of a fighting game. One character has a godly matchup against the top five characters, but has a mediocore to crappy matchup against most other characters. That character is going to be high tier, don't get me wrong, but not top tier. I feel like this describes it the best:

CulexusAssassinsVs8-C

They beat like 90% of the tier and arnt easy to beat even if you dont have hax.

Plus some of of those guys in that picture might die to a nuke

You know what I mean. High end 8-C bombs I guess. Also HA DIO speedblitzes them in speed Unequalized. The Assassins don't have an answer to being slower. They loose to a lot of the tier in speed Unequalized.

Actually no, a Culexus could just phase out of the materium and avoid the explosio

Also a Nuke would kill HA DIO

Well Dio would be under the effects of the mind hax likely causing him great pain and maybe even incapping him, him being a Vampire would likely make it so hes effected far worse than a human and due to verse equalisation TWOH would be nulled.

It would here, since the warp is so ridiculously broad. Not many 8-Cs are above FTL in the first place.

List seems to mainly be speed equal anyways. If you can think of an 8-C that beats them (other assassins don't count lol) feel free to try it, but remember their results also far exceed their tier.

Adeptus Custodes are faster and actually have pretty good powers, though I don't think they'd take any spots.

Who else is in Low 6-B? Liliana Vess is probably the strongest one from MTG, if that counts for anything, and is currently beating Shao Kahn.

Ye i don't think they can take a spot in High 6-C (and other lel), Welp, i guess Muku blitz and seal all of the current High 6-C

This girl for Low 6-B seem pretty stronk pretty sure she take a spot easily

Don't custodes just blitz muku though? She doesn't seem to have any real survivability.
