Rohan. Just because he gets beaten by GER in-verse doesn't mean that GER's always better. Sometimes Rohan takes down harder foes, sometimes GER does. That's why it should be "characters" instead of just GER.
 
Problem is, Characters from JoJo don't have a infinite amount of infinities between them. And EOM is the only one that can beat Oryx, unlike JoJo where there are multiple who can beat those below them, so the point is moot.

The Yncarne is a little weird. It's also already lumped in with the other non emperor 40k 4-Bs.

wdym infinite amount of infinities between them? There are multiple who can beat those below them, which is why it should say "Characters from JJBA" instead of just "Giorno"
 
Fine yeah for now let's keep it characters from JJBA. I say for now because Rohan is character who can go for revisions. Hell since honestly Rohan could be the only one who can compete with him anyways maybe link both profiles.
 
So Hoopa is on the list due to a 6-B summon while he himself is High 6-A....that seems odd.
 
I'm pretty sure there are characters in 6-B that can wreck Hoopa before he can get the summon off
 
Yeah Hoopa shouldn't be in 6-B, especially since that 6-B summon isn't even that strong.

Tezzeret is pretty powerful. Once beat a clone of Bolas, has mastery of several types of magic, has really powerful precog/fate manip, and can BFR people outside the multiverse into the Blind Eternities.

I mean put it in High 6-A, the tier it's actually in, if you want. Makes no sense to use its low end summons though.

Sorry in 8-C there is Amane Shinomiya now. HAD has no way to get past his fate and probability hax. Though i'll have to see whether Amane takes a higher spot before listing him.

Yes but if he goes in, it takes Etzil out of the list. Cus we can't have 6 strongest characters, the last one is going to get ruled out (in this case Etzil and HAD)
 
Idk either, make the match between him and HA Dio if you want. I don't know much about him myself.

Probably the type 3 conceptual manip, NPI, power null, soul manipulation, on-touch incap, and boatload of resistances?

HA Dio could probably win though.
