AKA how the hell can the simple act of erasing time make you OP
Diavolo should have stuff during time erasures.
[1]
People cannot react to Diavolo's movements during time erase, as they still percieve him as if he didn't move. Perception Manipulation is probably what this is.
[2]
Clear resistance to Precognition, as he can erase the time where something was fated to happen. Though, Diavolo doesn't actually erase it this time, given that both Epitaph and KC are his stand and wording seems to imply he was rather sure it'd work, it's still valid. Probably the act itself of erasing time could get its own resistance to precognition. Also, there exists this rule in JoJo that if you do anything with your stands that can effect everyone but you it's because you're resisting your stand's powers. That's explicitly shown when Dio couldn't move in Jotaro's time stop as he used up his time by moving in his own timestop. And, as Diavolo says two scans below, his time doesn't get erased by King Crimson. So he should probably have Resistance to Time Manipulation, as well.
Lastly, the most important thing I wanted to point out was something about the future visions that Diavolo sees during Time Erase. That's not precognition, nor is it done by Epitaph. First obvious point is that Diavolo sees Epitaph's visions as whole scenes in his bang, he doesn't see the trails of the movement as he does in Time Erase. Secondly, the "Bruno hits himself in the future" scene shows that the trails aren't just precognition, but that their actual future actions that have already happened in erased time. Lastly, even Gold Experience Requiem, the guy that explicitly shows resistance to Precognition, has his future actions seen within time erasure.
But Diavolo doesn't appear as trails. Despite the fact that all future actions are shown all at once, Diavolo is still free to move disregarding this fact. This could be Acausality type 2 during erased time. Not only is it consistent with Diavolo technically resisting Precognition (as type 2s can't get their future seen), but it explains why people still attack where he previously was (as they would see the Diavolo that was supposed to be there, but then he changed it because he can exactly for this reason). Basically, the lack of the trails that show his future actions in erased time means that those future trails don't exist in the first place as he's acausal. And even if it weren't 100% perfectly type 2 acausality, it's still basically the same from a pratical purpose.
Obviously, if the latter gets accepted we don't need to add resistance to precognition.
