Bill at 2A, Dimentio starts as Super Dimentio

Both can one-shot due to Bill's low dura so I think this is somewhat fair

Thanks mate! I made it in photoshop mix. Found the vs battle wiki template on google images along with the space background. Used the bill picture of our page and used the Dimentio one I've had for ages but you could probably find it on google images

Then it was just putting it all together
 
Well bill in this form has 2-A dura and could just hax dimentio or just one shot him I think I may vote bill (I swear every time I say this, my argument gets debunked$
 
Probably voting inconclusive due to the fact they can both one shot and speed is equal, meaning its a 50:50.
 
speed is equal but it might take more actions for one to act on the other

for example a thought is naturally faster than a word which is naturally faster than a brief movement which is naturally faster than a complex series of motions and so on

furthermore Dimentio is Type 1 Acausal for being unaffected by the destruction of the timelines he is in, whereas Bill's literal only reason for 2-A is being able to destroy an infinite multiverse
 
Goddamit, I thought his durability was higher than that! Still bill could oneshot regardless and he has been shown to like to just kill everybody he doesn't need

Does dimentio lead with that? From what I know bill could mind read dimentio and either go into the mindscape and kill him there or just shoot him immediately Does dimentio monologue a lot or talk at all during a fight?
 
He has been shown to mind read without going inside the mind, though I think he could only read what you are thinking at the moment (this is what he did with Mabel) Again does dimentio talk at all or just kills right away for a random threat?
 
Well I haven't played the game but didn't he want Luigi or something to become mr. L? I mean in a completely random encounter with someone he has no qualms with but is willing to get rid of

Cause his hax only works on 3-Ds and any person with a miniscule modicum of hax beats him 9.9/10.

I personally think that having a minute amount of hax doesn't equal insta-win against Bill but what do I know
 
Out of all of Dimentio's appearances he only used mindhax once, in base. The other two times he appeared in base was him dicking around and when he went Super he didn't even consider using mindhax even when Mario got the Pure Hearts.

So he doesn't mindhax in character
 
But what is wrong with his old universal rating? I upgraded him to 2-C but I was wrong but then he went down to high 3-A Was the rating for low 2-C wrong or something?

It's because effectiveness is far more important than quantity.

@JooCipher It has no feats of doing so.
 
wasn't Bill's entrance in the real work passivally destroying the laws of time and space?

also, didn't he state that he could temper with alternative realities from within the Nightmere Realm?
 
But didn't he have it on a universal scale? Wasn't it just the barrier that didn't allow him to have universal scale, he even shows how he would be in control of the entire universe and could rule over and party and do whatever he wants with it when he wants
