Banned abilities (Note that if it's limited it can be allowed, though it must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis): Immortality (Types 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9), Regenerationn (Mid or higher), Reality Warping, Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Transmutation, actually, you know what? This would be a lot faster if I just put no broken Durability Negation. For once can we have a fight in 8-C actually decided by abilities and AP instead of Hax? Anyway, back to the list. Fate Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Non-Corporeal, Intangibilility (Sorry all six or so Gunvolt fans including me), Power Nullification, Resistance to the point of Immunity against those of the same tier (Basically so nobody loses due to a bad matchup when they could have won the tournament otherwise) and no higher tier AP or Dura that dosn't scale to Dura or AP respectively. Basically, if they can give the enemy's durability or attacks the middle finger, it's banned.
Standard Rules: Speed Equalized. No characters or keys above or below 8-C. Otherwise SBA. Also I forgot this earlier but one char per user.
Examples of banned characters: Gunvolt (Can never be hit unless fighting a water or magnetism user or caught off guard, especially in this scenario), Matoi Sumeragi (No), Basically every JoJo main villain (Both canon Dios and Kars because Regen, Kira because transmutation, Diavolo for MANY reasons, Pucci because all his stands are broken, Valentine for obvious reasons, HA DIO FRA, Novel Kars and Novel Dio because AP among other things), Sans (The mascot of Durability Negation), Jotaro Kujo (Post DIO's World) (Due to his high AP he can basically just ZA WARDO to ORAORAORA combo and ohko everyone), Weiss Schnee (Dust is High 8-C and is a part of her normal arsenal and as such can't be restricted)
