Voice Actor Fight: Yuri Lowenthal

Do we have a Legion of Superheroes Superman profile? He's another Yuri character.

Edit: On topic, I'm gonna vote Spidey. His AP and dura is barely lower, and he has the experience, versatility and maneuverability advantage. Mercury is a pretty straight forward fighter and isn't special when compared to Peter's villains.
 
I'd vote for Spidey due to more experience and versatility. He can incap building+ foes capably so large building isn't that much of a stretch for him. Plus he can wear Mercury out due to his precog and then defeat him.

I just realized Mercury, Spiderman, and Ben 10 all have the same voice actors. I knew his voice sounded familiar.

Er...Mercury has been training to kill since he could walk, did so without a semblance his entire life because his dad stole it, and then killed his father who was a world class assassin so renowned that Salem and Cinder tried to recruit him
 
Mercury being a skilled assassin doesn't really help when Spidey's powers and tech combined with precognition outclass practically anything Mercury can throw at him.

Also Spidey has perception amps that can make people look like they're frozen in the air, so there's that.
 
Mercury has fought people with far more skill and versatility that Spider Man, from what i remember in the game none of Spidey's tech can really do anything but annoy Mercury, and Precog isnt a permanent thing, it only helps sometimes and thoings can still hit him even if he senses it
 
The only person Mercury has fought was post time skip Yang, with the help from Emerald and that's his only notable match barring Amber

That's not much expirience. Spiderman fight Vulture+Electro, Rhino and Scorpion, and Doc Ock, as well as being able to defeat taskmaster, who can analyze and copy his opponents moces ektha glance

This is an adult, much more experienced Spiderman then the MCU one you're confusing him with
 
I strongly doubt Mercury has fought people with more skill/versatility than Spidey.

Keep in mind Spidey has vertical mobility, webbing that can slow and temporarily restrain Mercury, electrical/shockwave attacks, stealth mastery that doesn't require to target to be drunk and asleep, the aformentioned precog, the mentioned perception amps, et cetera.
