It´s being discussed and considered to be removed, but I disagree with such a thing, however.
Assuming he has abstract existance, Barney just pretends to be dead after being atomized with a Kamehameha, then empathic haxes Goku into his friend after coming back from it.

He hasn´t done that sort of stuff on an actual character for obvious reasons, but as Goku doesn´t resist it, it can work, especially considering it seems to only need perception and thought to work.
Note that Barney also has MFTL+ reactions, but obviously not to the degree Goku has.

Anyone above average Human level can oneshot Barney realistically speaking, i mean i'm still against these kinds of profiles, pretty sure we can make Dora the Exporer Universal, with Mid-Godly and Reality Warping if we use that kind of logic
