The Strangler wants to kill Dennis because he thinks he looks like the best person to strangle. However, Dennis isn't buying it

Dennis is 10-C and both are bloodlusted. The fight takes place in a dark, abandoned warehouse. Apart from their bare hands, Dennis has his knife with him and The Strangler has his scissors

The Tattletale Strangler: 0

Dennis the Assassi: 6

Why is the Strangler's tier "Varies from 10-C to 9-B at his peak" if he appeared in only 1 episode of the show?

Same with Dennis.
 
Dennis actually has a feat to grant the standart 9-B at peak rating.

The Strangler, however, doesn´t really, so I agree with the reply above.
 
I disagree. The characters should scale to how Spongebob and the others are portrayed in that episode.

If they are portrayed normally (as 10-Cs), then they are 10-C.

If they are portrayed as 9-B, then as 9-B.

The point of the Variable Tier is exactly that.
 
The Strangler only appeared in one episode, and he didn´t do anything beyond 10-C in that one episode.
 
Well, voting Dennis for being bigger than the Strangler. I dont find the Stranglers scissors combat applicable, though, but Dennis is shown using his knives for combat shown in the Spongebob Movie Game. And im pretty sure that Dennis has better regen than the Strangler since High-Mid>Mid-Low.
