Reverse-Flash vs. All Might

All Mights superior expirience give him a victory alone

Reverse Flash is Not a great CQC fighter and very solid CQC characters like Green Arrow kick his ass in skill when his powers are down
 
he still put up a good enough fight to the point where he almsot put him down

I vote reverse flash for intagibility, regen, far higher AP, and afterimage creation
 
RF's phasing is his go-to technique if Season 1 is anything to go off of, so I'm sure he'd go for it against someone who's a good deal stronger than him.
 
When his powers were down RF legitimately managed to hold his own against Green Arrow, who's one of the best martial artists in the world at this point.

I don't know if he compares to All Mights skills but him not being a great CQC fighter is false.

I also believe he has higher AP and phasing Hax which he's likely to abuse in character, so he probably takes it in the end.
 
So RF does have a good AP advantage

I thought he was only 46......

I'm inclined to say stomp in this case.
 
Eobard practically negs anything AM throws at him with intangibility and has the ability to directly screw with his internal organs.

I vote Reverse Flash.
 
Barry is who's 46, and Edward easily hands him his ass every time they fight in season one.
