Nora probably slams anyways (funny I literally just finished Season 5 last night). She uses her time based abilities very often. She once re-did the same fight over 50 times in order for it to play out her way. Nora will eventually just find an outcome where she wins.

Tanjiro also doesn't really have answers for phasing and lightning. As well as likely heightened perception with flashtime.
