CH vs Touma

This is a stomp? Touma can't neg supernatural above low 2-C (likely higher actually, but I'm going by his profile). Also, Randall's mindhax is somewhere in upper tier 2 or tier 1 level, so Touma isn't negging that. Also, he needs to touch his head at some point to dispel the mindhax, but as Randall will mindread and get all the info he needs, he'll kill Touma before he gets around to negging stuff. Touma punching Randall won't do much (other than hurt him as a wall level punch) because he's normal as far as his physiology goes. To be fair, Touma won't even get around to punch Randall because of mindhax.

Mismatch.
 
Black 13 can be restricted, no? I don't even know Randall Flagg, only know a bit of Touma after participating in some threads with him in it. We should wait for Mr. King since he knows Flagg. And maybe the To Aru experts can help.
 
Mindhax still works. Touma doesn't resist mindhax. He can dispel it tho by touching his head but Randall should be able to do something before he does that or simply mindhax him into not touching his head.
 
They are. Touma is only somewhat strong in-verse because the higher tiers have an over dependence on supernatural methods of attack. Even fodders like Anti-Skill commanders should be able to wreck Touma.

I'm not cosigning this until someone else confirms it to count as such, but...

I believe this is referring to the time Flagg telepathically K.O.'d Roland (prior to the latte being able to resist his mindhax) and then sending him a vision where he witnessed the birth of the universe and then moved up one level on the Tower. (The latter of which caused him to perceive the entire universe trapped within a single atom in a blade of grass, while simultaneously perceiving the entire blade of grass on a subatomic level)

Like I said though, I don't have an opinion on that, and I never assumed it was a "Tier 2 mindhax" feat.
 
Well shit

Mindhax doesn't even matter. Flagg can kill Touma just by hitting him too hard.
