I'm honestly not extremely sure here. I guess since he starts in Ripper Mode, and speed is equalized, he can't actually blitz Tsuna. That's certainly interesting.

It helps greatly that Raiden can one shot Tsuna, the main issue is that Tsuna can fly out of reach. And if he notices that Ripper Form has a time limit, he'd be very likely to just wait it out.

Then again, Tsuna's fight or flight style of CQC actually lends itself kindly to not being one shot by Raiden's blade. He'd likely suffer some rather damaging grazes, but nothing that I think would incap him.

I'm not sure. Tsuna wouldn't want to get close to use First Edition, and Raiden is better at CQC than he is at this point in the story. And I don't think Raiden has any kind of energy based attacks for Tsuna to absorb.

Ah, my mistake then. Please exclude that portion of my analysis.

So if Ripper form doesn't run out, then it would be more like Tsuna trying not to get one shot, and Raiden trying not to get frozen. Things are complicated by Tsuna's flight and Raiden's extended melee range.

Also, it seems they're on a train. So I guess they'd be hopping from car to car. But what happens if Raiden falls off the train? That would be hilarious.
