Speed equal, CH has an hour of prep and knows the basic info on Ars Magna such as AI needing needles to concentrate using his ability and being able to warp reality, but not knowing how he does it. They plan to meet in a very tight battlefield like this.

Does CH have any weapons? Also what is the first comman Izzard uses in character in a situation like this? And about how long does it take for Izzard to say a command? And how far apart are they from one another before the battle "Starts"?
 
1 hour for CH is enough for him to have a firearm like a pistol, shotgun and assault rifle. He'd probably start by saying "Die" and you fall dead.

He needs to focus his powers by stabbing his neck with a large needle then say whatever command he wants.
 
CH and Aureolus Izzard '''plan to meet''' in a derelict public toilet to fight. But both can bring the fight anywhere by killing the other one before they reach the room they're supposed to fight in.
 
Ars magna is thought based btw him saying die of stabbing his neck is to calm himself

Unless he is stressed or scared by ch he doesn't need to stab himself
 
CH just shoots him. Izzard will then have to use a command to stop the bullets before he can focus on killing CH, who will keep pumping lead until something hits. This is assuming Izzard would even be able to react to the bullet in time with his Peak Human speed.
 
Is CH allowed to lie and just snipe izzard, who doesn't know that CH isn't there?
 
CH can do anything he wants to win, and they plan to meet in a tight battlefield. Both can take advantage of it by taking the fight somewhere else.
 
No I mean can CH just decide "eh **** that plan I'm just gonna perch on some distant building with a gun" and snipe izzard if he shows up?
 
Ok. Since izzard doesn't have prep, I'm gonna have to assume he's there. In which case, it's already prepped with a ton of remote explosives which CH deronates from a safe distance. Or Izzard takes a fatal shot from behind while he's confused at his opponent not being there, meaning he doesn't have the time to just think the bullet away since he never knew it was coming. Voting CH via abuse of prep time.
