Whelp, it had to be done, High 7C OPM is Now a thing after all.

Speed is Equal, Half Monster Garou, I will switch to Human if it's a stomp.

Cinder Fall: 6

Garou:

Well then ooooff this is a tough call

I'm willing to argue that Garou is the better hand to hand combatant, as he has picked up and learned numerous martial arts styles and techniques and manages to fight off 2 martial arts grandmasters with decades of experience over him even while in a damaged and exhausted state. His ability to mimic and adapt to new fighting styles on the fly will also help him out in CQC.

However, that said, Cinder has the edge in ranged combat and versatility, as she has numerous energy blasts and elements to use from a distance.

Garou's heat resistance and evolution will help with Cinder's go to flames, but her flight and numerous ranged attacks, as well as her force fields will maker her hard to hit, even with Garou's whirlwind cutting fist.

However, his reactive evolution, along with his regen, adaptability and sheer tenacity make him a tough opponent to put down.

Need to think on this one

How dare you refer to Garou as pure evil, he is a good boi
We are not putting Cinder next to a good boy ever, we are protecting that smile from that absolutely awful writing

How high into High 7-C was Half Monster Garou again?

Rather large scaling chain that I don't quite remember

I know Cinder is 286 Kilotons

That's why we need to expose her to a good boi so that she can learn from his example

Cinder obliterates.

Garou would stand a chance if Cinder didn't decide to float and do what she does best. Spam attacks from afar and turn what attacks that failed into more attacks.

Reactive adaptation is very useful but in the end it's not enough against overwhelming power and heat. Cinder wouldn't go for hand to hand and would wisely avoid someone who keeps on initiating that. So add range, lack of any elemental capability, a seeming stat advantage, and flight, Cinder should take this handily.

Scaling chain or the boi could lose

I mean

If Garou's scaling train is big enough the reasons above might not be 100% on point

I trust Core to count his votes until something goes against it

It's core, he doesn't go against Garou unless he truely feels he loses

Plus, even if they were even in AP, or Garou were slightly stronger, it wouldn't do much against Cinder's range and flight spam, which she'll be even more likely to abuse when she see's how much stronger he is than her. Garou's legit only method of ranged combat is whirlwind cutting fist and throwing stuff

If Garou just got strong enough to no sell everything, flying away and blasting him wouldn't do much at all. Especially if he can easily just hop onto something and leap on her. Besides, Cinder sure didn't spam range on Ozpin And I blame a bad animator for her doing so with Rave, so it's not like she's a range spam berserker. And getting close to Garou with his skill would probably get him a few good hits. And, might even let him prevent her from running away considering he has.... Unknown lifting strength despite definitely being stronger then Bang

He'd have to be Low 7B to not feel anything

And he can't get High 7C+ without a calc to

It's unsure if it's really that high

Scaling chain is like: Choze < Base Garou ~ Royal Ripper < Half-Monster Garou (Pre-Rover) who one shot RR < Half-Monster (Post-Rover) < Half-Monster (Post-Orochi) < Darkshine who no sells Garou < Half-Monster (limiter breaking)

Yes actually she did range spam against Ozpin, as well as against Pyrrha
One of those she rushed in for offscreen CQC against and the other she outright vaporized, pretty sure.

Anyways, yeah, seems like at the very least they're not gonna take all that much damage from Cinder's blasts.

Cinder spams fire and sees it's not working, she electrocutes him or something idk. GG.

Yeah, even if her fire doesn't work well, she still has lightning, ice, and wind to work with, so it's not like she only has one trick to her name

Then what stops Garou from adapting and regenerating off that?

The fact that we know that both of those can be worn down like with his battle against Orochi. Plus, if she switches between them, he has to constantly keep on his toes to adapt to the constantly changing attacks.

Also, just checked the Raven calc again, but it says that she scales to 466.7 kilotons unless I'm missing something.

Standard Storm Sizes downed it to 280 or something I'm told
