A ni-omnipotent being has given us all powers of various people through fiction. He has given us all powers and many other people's power throughout the Earth so he can watch as the world is thrown into Chaos. His goal is to make the world stronger through strife and conflict. If it doesn't survive, he doesn't care. You can band together to take out the new threats as they arrive to conquer entire regions of the world, try to murder as many people as possible, etcetera, or you can be one of these threats yourself.

Character: Max tier you can start is Tier 6. Second can go up to 5-B. You can only have limited time manipulation, you can't have absolute attacks/absolute defenses and ridiculous hax, etcetera.
 
A constellation feat will usually be the number of stars manipulated x baseline star level. So Bowser's probably 2-5x baseline large star if it's from Constellation feats, depending on how many stars got moved at once.

I counted up to 30+ stars. It moves slowly too, so maybe the calc group can get KE.

Even if it moved a pixel per sec, it's probably end up ftl. 30 or more would be 4-5x baseline large star.
 
Get the parts by yourself or with power of friendship. Yeah, and the maximum people that can be transported is 3 so better get those quickly. And don't forget to backstab each other, eh?
 
Basically your objective is:

>Go to Machu Picchu/Giza to get the parts

>Go to everest and fight Ifrit.

>Pick three people who will be transported

>Fight me

You can just leave but I don't think earth is in good shape.
 
Okay, i'll make the plot. Dimension is a sub-dimension consists of earth-moon system just like Orphan of Kos did. It's not OG earth, I created it. Get out of my dimension and you'll see real one. Probably freezed to death.
