Frank West: 7 (SansTheSkeleton101, Jamesthetaker, Numbersguy, Steven Pogi Paitao, LSirLancelotDuLacl, CCMac27, Jared1111)

Jimmy Hopkins: 0

9-B forms obviously. Frank has access to melee weapons and anything ranged that isn't a gun. Speed equalized. Jimmy gets all of his stuff. Who wins and why?

That doesn't suddenly stop his piercing melee weapons.
That doesn't stop Jimmy one-shotting him. I thnk it would be fair if you give him access to guns TBH.

How does Jimmy one-shot him when his melee weapons aren't meant for out-right lethal actions while Frank's are?

AP Gap, Jimmy is above baseline 9-B (7,000 KJ) while frank can be assumed to be just baseline.

His weapons scales to his AP.

I don't think I ever denied Jimmy being stronger, my point was Frank isn't baseline. Jimmy's usual battle strategy isn't outright killing either, Frank's is human or zombie.

He doesn't havee to punch him though, his weapons scales to his AP and their mostly ranged,

How good is Frank's acid bombs?

Assuming this battle follow SBA: The characters start as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is. So about hundreds of meters scaling from Jimmy.

I mean... if we're just limiting him to only melee weapons then Jimmy can just snipe him from a far.

... those are some dope ass weapons for a zombie game.

But eh, Frank can probably secure a win if he plays his cards right (not voting yet).

For reasons above? Voting for Jimmy then via being able to snipe Frank.

Only the Spud cannon, Detonator, Spud Gun and Bottle Rocket Launcher is the real threat in here, otherwise, everything else is useless.

Sure, Jimmy just can snipe him from far away. However, tank explosive-type weapons isn't something new to Frank. Jimmy will ran out of ammo soon and then he gonna deal with those weapons that i mentioned before.

Still, Jim's weapons are a big winning factor as much as Frank's weapons are. But the difference here is he has better range.

Frank wins after a long battle.

He has already fought people using ranged weapons (Carlito, the sniper family), with melee weapons (The cult leader), can even destroy and dodge the machiengun of a helicopter too. So range is not going to matter for Jimmy because Frank has dealt with that kind of stuff.

Sooner or later, Jimmy's ammo is gonna run out while Frank plays "Peek-a-boo" with him, and when that happens and Jimmy goes for h2h, Frank just throws acid at him or freezes him.

Depends how deals with this kinds of stuff though, if he avoids Jim's line of sight then it is possible. Jimmy just needs to land one good hit and it's over. There is still stink bombs, itching powders, marbles and firecrackers and should still affect him in some way (shoot him while he's stunned).

Pretty much acid maul, traps or ice sword can get Jimmy, though everything else may not be as good though.

Poison gun might affect Frank though, so there's that.

Couldn't Jimmy try to disarm Frank? It's pretty much in-character for him to do something like that.

2 votes for Frank have been added. Not sure about adding Steven's yet since he still seems to be trying to figure out Frank's chances.

Assuming this battle follow SBA again: The fight take place in Central Park, New York City.

Electricity-type weapons could be counted in too.

Energizer can temporary help Frank defend against most of Jimmy attack, especially while he got stunned.

Frank had too much weapons for Jimmy to remove and like we said before, engage in h2h combat with Frank isn't a good ideal.

If Frank knew how deadly his weapons is then he will know how to avoid it.

This video show every Frank skills in h2h combat.
