@They wouldn't actually start that fat against most Ninjas since their range isn't anything special.

Don't know about Weather Report.

As for Rohan, he can probably take down a few of them, but Lord Garmadon can just attack him with his shadows before he gets into range, and I don't know if Heaven's Door can affect other Immaterial Beings.
