Spongebob Vs. Chaos

Well, the feat is mainly based on KE to absorb the ocean in a second, so it can´t really scale to his stats, except AP when performing exactly that.
 
Chaos can´t really attack underwater, which is something Spongebob can use as an advantage to get closer to him, as he can´t really attack there except while making whirlpools in there, which likely will be just a minor issue he can overcome eventually.
 
Spongebob absorbing the ocean is an Outlier. Even if it weren't, Chaos can easily regenerate from that then kill Bob by flexing.
 
Spongebob can reflect back sound manip, as seen in that one episode where the noises just go in and out of his holes.
 
He can still dodge them, especially considering he likely would be underwater, where his tendrils can´t really go as far I remember, which should also make it more difficult to hit him with the lasers as the water would make it harder to see him.
 
Chaos controls water tho. Just manipulate the flow of water to push Bob toward himself, then one shot.

There's also nothing showing that Chaos cannot attack underwater.
 
I see. But it wont be enough to deal with Chaos permanently, and doing so would leave Spongebob open to a mouth beam.
 
When absorbing Chaos, he shuld have compressed him in the process a lot, which should leave it harmless enought to get an incap by just leaving him absorbed in Spongebob.

If Chaos somehow fired lasers, Spongebob should be able to quickly regenerate from it, as the radius of it would be far smaller, plus the fact that Chaos can´t use it omnidirectionally to fully atomize Spongebob.
 
Even if the ocean was absorbed Chaos still has his own hydrokinesis he could just burst out of Spongebob, all the while pummeling him with hiz water tendrils, and finally dealing the finishing blow with the beam. Spongebob is dead in the water. I'm not sorry
 
Spongebob can still write on the page something like "Chaos died" while containing Chaos.
 
Thing is, spongebob doesn't even know he has it. Chaos does literally anything and spongebob dies. Also not really sure why you think the guy who can manipulate water can't attack underwater, or why you're assuming they start in the ocean.
