"at his peak" doesn't mean he's gonna perfectly plan out and strategize everything. Krabs intelligence isn't with regards to fighting either.

Well, as the fight is after Chaos has turned into the Perfect form, that would have happened already, before Spongebob even arrived, there´s also the fact that he can just fly out of the way.Maverick Zero X said:

Spongebob isn't evading a tidal wave. Chaos can manipulate water by just thinking. Spongebob has to pull out a book and write something down (which mind you isn't even in character).

Chaos can induce an affect akin to paralysis, which negates the chances of Spongebob being able to do anything. Simply washing Spongebob away or atomizing him with a 5-A laser would be easier, but this sets things in stone.
